First Fruits Bakery Desserts

First Fruits Bakery can provide that special dessert to complete your family and/or holiday event. Just take a look at the names of our desserts... if they sound this good, just imagine how they will taste!
 
We must have a 3-day advance notice for all dessert orders. Pick-up of completed desserts is available at the Bakery only on Thursdays, between the hours of Noon to 2:00 PM. Alternate pick-up locations, extended hours, and alternate days may be available. Please call us and ask about alternate pick-up arrangements.
 
First Fruits Bakery desserts maintain quality and freshness for a minimum of 7 days.
 
CAKES
 
SHEET CAKE (serves 25 to 30 people) $45.00
DOUBLE LAYER SHEET CAKE (serves 50 to 60 people) $65.00
  Available in almost all of the below cake flavors... Sheet Cakes can be customized with "Happy Birthday", "Graduation", etc. However, adding writing on these cakes eliminates some cake garnishes (i.e. the Chocolate Sheet Cake is topped with lots of chocolate curls!) Note: Character Cakes are not available at this time.  
     
CHOCOLATE LAYER CAKE (serves 12 to 16 people) $28.00
  Six rich chocolate layers filled with creamy chocolate whipped buttercream, topped with chocolate curl.  
     
STRAWBERRY LAYER CAKE (serves 12 to 16 people) $28.00
  Moist strawberry cake stacked four high with buttercream and strawberry halves between each layer.  
     
RED VELVET CAKE (serves 12 to 16 people) $28.00
  Moist dark red crimson cocoa-flavored layers stacked four high and filled with cream cheese buttercream.  
     
CARROT CAKE (serves 12 to 16 people) $28.00
  Cinnamon spiced carrot filled layers baked with roasted pecan pieces and layered with cream cheese buttercream.  
     
ITALIAN CREAM CAKE (serves 12 to 16 people) $28.00
  Traditional coconut pecan layers unusually decorated with cream cheese buttercream and covered with toasted coconut and placed maraschino cherries.  
     
WETT LEMON CAKE (serves 12 to 16 people) $28.00
  Two extra-thick butter cake layers soaked with fresh tart lemon glaze and stacked with buttercream and topped with lemon zest.  
     
WETT COCONUT CAKE (serves 12 to 16 people) $28.00
  Two extra-thick coconut butter cake layers soaked with a coconut rum glaze, layered with butter cream and pineapple chunks and covered with moist flake coconut.  
     
MOUNDS™ CANDYBAR CAKE (serves 12 to 16 people) $28.00
  Chef's Pick - four rich chocolate layers filled with rich chocolate buttercream and melted marshmallow coconut spread, topped with Mounds™ candy pieces.  
     
REESE'S™ PEANUT BUTTER CAKE (serves 12 to 16 people) $28.00
  Four rich chocolate layers filled with peanut butter buttercream and spread with gourmet chocolate ganache', topped with Reese's™ Cup candy pieces.  
     
CARAMEL LAYER CAKE (serves 12 to 16 people) $28.00
  Four caramel butter cake layers stacked with creamy buttercream and thick caramel sauce then covered with buttercream and topped with thin caramel sauce.

  Banana pecan whipped cake batter baked and layered four high with buttercream, cinnamon, and pineapple chunks.

  Cocoa butter cake stacked four high and filled with a Butterfinger™ pieces buttercream and spread with gourmet chocolate ganache topped with drizzled ganache.

  Chess pie recipe filled with 12 ounces shredded coconut, topped with a rich buttercream and sprinkled toasted coconut.

  Traditional cooked cream coconut filled custard pie topped with rich whipped cream and flake coconut.
