BUFFET AND FULL SERVICE MEALS
 
Please select from the following to customize your special menu. When selecting more than one Entree/Meat item simply choose the approximate servings of each Entree/Meat combined to equal the number of guests. Normal size portions can accommodate those number of guests or smaller Entree/Meat portions of both can be prepared giving each guest both Entree/Meat items. Then customize the soups, salads, and side items that you would like served. Fifty (50) person minimum.
 
SOUPS
 
  Per Person
 
Hearty Vegetable $2.30
  Tomato stock-based soup with sirloin bites and fresh vegetables with potatoes.  
     
Creamy Broccoli Green Pepper $2.60
  Fresh cream-based soup with diced whole broccoli and roasted green pepper.  
     
Black Bean $2.30
  Thick and Cajun spicy soup garnished with sour cream and chives.  
     
Cheesy Cauliflower Mushroom $2.60
  Cheddar Cream based soup with cauliflower florets and mushroom halves.  
     
Shrimp Gumbo $2.60
  Traditional spicy base with rice, okra, diced blackened shrimp, and bell peppers.  
     
SALADS
 
Gourmet Tossed $3.25
  Gourmet mixed greens topped with shredded cheddar cheese, bacon crumbles, toasted almonds and croutons. Please choose two of the following special recipe salad dressings: creamy bleu cheese, zesty ranch, bacon ranch, honey Dijon, raspberry vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette.  
     
Spinach Pecan $3.45
  Fresh de-stemmed spinach leaves, tossed with bacon crumbles, parmesan cheese and raspberry vinaigrette dressing.  
     
Romaine Chutney $3.45
  A unique romaine salad - diced and tossed with a rich cherry chutney curry dressing topped with toasted coconut.  
     
Caesar Salad $3.25
  Romaine lettuce tossed with croutons, parmesan cheese and a traditional Caesar dressing.
