Please select from the following to customize your special menu. When selecting more than one Entree/Meat item simply choose the approximate servings of each Entree/Meat combined to equal the number of guests. Normal size portions can accommodate those number of guests or smaller Entree/Meat portions of both can be prepared giving each guest both Entree/Meat items. Then customize the soups, salads, and side items that you would like served. Fifty (50) person minimum. |
